"Pathways to Progress" is a community initiative by Voice of Progress aimed at empowering underserved individuals through education, vocational training, and career mentorship. The project provides free GED preparation, scholarships, and ESL classes, alongside job-specific skills training and internships with local businesses. Participants receive mentorship for career development, including resume building and interview preparation. The goal is to boost employment opportunities and create sustainable career pathways, helping 50 participants obtain GEDs and securing job placements for 30 individuals in the first year. The program's long-term focus is on improving local employment rates and fostering strong community partnerships.
